Return and Exchange Policy

 

All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges. It is our great hope that you are pleased with any item you purchase from LaLa's Beauty Supply. If you are sent the wrong product please notify us via email at lalasbeautysupply@gmail.com. Please include notation of your order number, what was supposed to be sent, and what was sent. Please provide a photo. We will reach out to you within 1-3 business days. We will gladly make accommodations and exchange items if we are at fault with the order.

All orders will be processed with 1-3 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please email immediately email lalasbeautysupply@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide the correct address in its entirety. LaLa's Beauty Supply is not responsible for any lost items due to wrong shipping addresses.
